The story begins at Sugar Daddy Farms on Wadmalaw Island, where an heirloom variety of St. Croix Purple Ribbon Cane is grown in the distinctive coastal environment of the South Carolina Lowcountry.
The resulting distillate was produced at gunpowder strength and aged for six years, developing remarkable depth and complexity while retaining the character of the cane from which it came.
