Join Cannon Distillery for the highly anticipated release of its first Wadmalaw Island Single-Estate Rhum, a limited single-barrel spirit rooted in the agricultural heritage of the South Carolina Lowcountry.

Made entirely from St. Croix Purple Ribbon Cane grown at Sugar Daddy Farms on Wadmalaw Island, this heirloom cane reflects the unique coastal soil and maritime climate of the Lowcountry. The resulting gunpowder-strength distillate was aged for six years, developing remarkable depth and character while preserving the distinctive flavor of the cane.

To celebrate the release, Cannon Distillery is bringing together two of Charleston's most celebrated culinary and cocktail talents.
